Glipshot is a single-player arcade game. This policy explains what information is handled when you use it. It is written to be read, not to be skimmed past.

The short version

Glipshot has no accounts, no login, and no sign-up.
We do not collect, store, or transmit your name, email address, or contact details.
Your game progress and settings are saved only on your device.
Glipshot shows advertisements, and our advertising provider collects some data. That is the only third party involved.

Information stored on your device

Glipshot saves the following locally, in the app's private storage. It is not transmitted anywhere, and it is deleted when you uninstall the app:

Your best score and the number of runs you have played
Which cosmetic items you have unlocked by playing
Your chosen palette, slot highlight, shooter, bolt and backdrop
Your sound effects, music, volume, haptics and display preferences

Advertising

Glipshot displays interstitial advertisements between rounds, provided by Google AdMob. To serve and measure ads, AdMob may collect and process:

Approximate location, derived from IP address	Serving regionally appropriate ads
Device and app information	Ad compatibility and fraud prevention
Ad interaction data	Measuring ad performance

This data is collected by Google, not by us. We receive only aggregate, anonymous performance reports and can never see an individual user's data. Google's handling of it is governed by their own policies:

Your choices

Reset or delete your advertising ID. On Android: Settings → Privacy → Ads. This limits ad personalisation across all apps on your device.
Consent (EEA, UK, and Switzerland). On first launch you will be shown a consent form governing personalised advertising. You may change your choice at any time; clearing the app's data will present the form again.
Delete everything. Uninstalling Glipshot removes all locally stored data. There is nothing held on any server for us to delete, because we do not operate one.

Children

Glipshot is not directed at children under 13 and we do not knowingly collect personal information from them. Ad content is restricted to a general-audience rating. If you believe a child has provided personal information through this app, please contact us and we will act on it.

Security

Because Glipshot stores data only on your device and operates no servers, there is no account to be breached and no database of users to be exposed.

Changes

If this policy changes, the date at the top will be updated and the revised version published at this address. Material changes will also be noted in the app's release notes.
